As part of providing Pilates/Yoga services to you, Yin Haven needs to collect and record personal information from you that is relevant to your situation. This collection of personal information will be a necessary part of the services provided and Yin Haven reserve the right to suspended services at any time should certain information not be provided.

  • Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests

    • Whether you smoke or are pregnant

ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION

At any time you may request access to personal information including your credit card information we hold about you by contacting the Privacy Officer via infoyinhaven@gmail.com  

Where we hold information that you are entitled to access, we will endeavor to provide you with suitable range of choices as to how access is provided (e.g. email or mailing it to you). A fee may be charged to cover the cost of retrieval. We attempt to resolve all requests for personal information within 7 days however Yin Haven cannot be held liable for any loss or damage as a result of this timeframe not being met.
