You don't need another thing to optimise.

You need somewhere to rest.

Yin Haven is a quiet online rest studio for people who are exhausted, overwhelmed or burnt out.

Through slow, grounding yin yoga and restorative practices, you'll find a gentle way from stress toward rest.

A place to soften, whenever you need it.

 A quiet place to begin...

If you'd like to experience Yin Haven, I'd love to share my free class with you.

Let Gravity Hold You is a gentle 10-minute practice designed to help you slow down, soften, and simply arrive.

No flexibility required.

No experience necessary.

Just ten quiet minutes for yourself.

When you sign up, I'll also send the occasional quiet note from Yin Haven, reflections from my blog, gentle reminders to rest, and you'll be the first to know when the Yin Haven membership opens later this year.

It's a quiet space that's being built slowly and intentionally, one restful class at a time.

What Yin Haven is about....

I'm Zoe, and I created Yin Haven because I think our modern lives are hijacking our ability to feel calm and to rest without guilt.

Everywhere we look we're told to improve ourselves. Be more productive. Optimise our mornings. Track our sleep. Build better habits. Become the best version of ourselves.

After a while, it starts to feel like simply being ourselves isn't enough.

I don't believe it's making us happier.

I think it's leaving many of us exhausted, overwhelmed and disconnected from the simple experience of feeling at home in our own bodies and our own minds.

Over the last few years, I've been quietly stripping away that noise.

Less optimisation.

Less pressure.

Less trying to become someone better.

The surprising thing is that I haven't become less healthy or less fulfilled.

I've become calmer.

More grounded.

More at home in myself.

Yin Haven grew from that experience.

It's not really about teaching people to do more yoga.

It's about creating relief from a culture that never stops asking for more.

A quiet place to soften.

A place to pause.

A place to remember that you don't have to earn your rest.
