I'm Zoe, and I created Yin Haven for people like us — tired bodies, busy minds, and nervous systems that need gentleness, not more intensity.

As a middle-aged woman navigating anxiety, PMDD, and hormonal shifts, I know what it's like when your body feels like it's working against you. I've learned that the answer isn't pushing harder — it's moving in ways that actually nourish your nervous system.

This is gentle yoga for stress relief. Not about perfect poses or flexibility. It's about noticing what your body is telling you, following sensations that feel good, and building trust in your own movement again.

I'm your movement guide, not a strict instructor. I teach you to listen to your body, not override it. To get curious about how you feel, not how you look. To expand ease instead of forcing through tension.

This is movement as meditation — Pilates and yoga inspired practices that help you drop out of anxious thoughts and into your feeling body. Accessible, somatic, and focused on what your nervous system actually needs.
